Endotoxin - Specific Gel Clot LAL Assay kits

We offer endotoxin specific LAL that does not react to (1,3)- ß-D-Glucan. The LAL reagent contains (1,3)- ß-D-Glucan blocker in the formulation. The endotoxin specific LAL only reacts to endotoxin, the (1,3)- ß-D-Glucan in the test sample will not interference with the reaction and will not have false positive result.

1. Product information

The horseshoe crab endotoxin test LAL reagent contains factor C pathway which reacts to endotoxin and factor G pathway which reacts to (1,3)- ß-D-Glucan. Endotoxin-specific LAL contains ß-Glucan inhibitor in the formulation. Endotoxin-specific LAL reacts only to endotoxin while not to ß-Glucans. The reagent is applied to the samples with potential of being contaminated with ß-Glucan. Gel clot endotoxin assay reagent endotoxin tests kit includes endotoxin specific LAL and control standard endotoxin is also available.

Product condition:

The LAL reagent sensitivity and the Control Standard Endotoxin potency are assayed against USP Reference Standard Endotoxin. The LAL reagent kits come with product instruction, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS.

Shipping Condition:
