1. Product information
(1→3)-ß-D-glucan is a fungal cell wall component circulating in the blood of patients of invasive fungal infections. Factor G in horseshoe crabs blood is highly sensitive to (1→3)-ß-D-glucan. Fungi (1,3)-beta-D-Glucan detection kit kinetic chromogenic lal test is a invitro diagnosis kit for the (1→3)-ß-D-glucan in human serum. The kit based on the factor G mediated LAL pathway, detects (1→3)-ß-D-glucan in less than one hour, this test is also called as “factor G test or g test”.
The kit will not detect Cryptococcus spp. which produce very little or no 1,3-β-D-glucan.

Shipping Condition:
