Product details

Used for master final batch mixing of rubber, plastics, and the compounds, it is especially suitable for the rubber that requires high quality of dispersion, and uniformity.Rubber internal mixers also calle Banbury mixer are used for mixing or compounding rubber and plastics. The mixer consists of two rotating spiral-shaped rotors encased in Contacting faces with stock such as mixing chamber’s inside wall, discharge door, ram are received hardening treatment.

Rotor bearing is of rolling bearing.

Axial seal of rotor is adopted with hydraulic seal, and with adjustable seal ratio. Upper ram is hydraulic or pneumatic presure type, which can control the press continously. The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance. Various driving system matchs the customers requirement. Control system is adopted with PLC system.
