Pipe butt fusion welding machine

Suitable for the butt fusion welding of plastic pipes(PE, PP etc) in size DN63-160mm;

It consists of operation platform(hydraulic and electric), clamping device, heating plate and milling cutter.

The clamping device is separated from the operation system to facillitate laying operation

The clamping device adopts double clamping structure to precisely position pipes and adjust margins.

The clamping devices are detachable, make the welding easy and high efficiency.

With hydraulic system to control the sealing pressure, it makes the pressure stable.

Use solenoid valve to control the movement of oil cylinder, it let the operation easier and more reliable.
